Had to pay extra to upgrade our bedroom as we had dogs. However the room was well suited for our stay and had amazingly comfortable beds plus excellent shower facilities. Pity they charge such high additional charges for your pet. Normally to have your pet with you is free or a token cost of €5 to €10. This hotel charges €30!! Good selection for the buffet breakfast.
Quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. There are so many good things about this hotel, the style, ambience, interior decorating, private balconies etc, but for me, the best things were the staff, reserved and professional, the owners, so sweet, sincere and caring, who went out of their way to accommodate my allergies, the landscape and the history of the place; Anna’s parent’s home. In addition to the proximity to restaurants, a castle and Tomar, you get Eucalyptus trees, fruit bearing fig and persimmon trees waiting to be plucked of their delicious ripe fruit, an abundance of rosemary waiting to be made into tea and the beautiful olive and orange trees. I loved this place.
O quarto é muito espaçoso e tem uma decoração simples e bonita que o fará viajar no tempo até aos anos 60 e 70, graças à mobília que foi desenhada naquela década do século passado. A parede tem uma decoração tipicamente portuguesa e inovadora, feita de cortiça.
