I had a very nice stay at Aires da Serra. Staff are super friendly and always available. The breakfast is something very special compared to other hotels in Torres Novas.
This is such a lovely property. The rooms and amenities are excellent. It has all the ingredients for a fantastic stay except a couple. I missed a decent check-in experience, front-of-house staff who repeatedly didn’t act professionally, and management who didn’t handle the final situation well. I would recommend this property, but caution on these issues.
Room with extra-large bed (1.80 by 2.00 m) or with two single beds. Mezzanine and full bathroom with window, hairdryer and heated towel rail, prepared for people with reduced mobility.
