This is such a lovely property. The rooms and amenities are excellent. It has all the ingredients for a fantastic stay except a couple. I missed a decent check-in experience, front-of-house staff who repeatedly didn’t act professionally, and management who didn’t handle the final situation well. I would recommend this property, but caution on these issues.
We had to pay extra to upgrade our bedroom as we had dogs. However the room was well suited for our stay and had amazingly comfortable beds plus excellent shower facilities. Pity they charge such high additional charges for your pet. Normally to have your pet with you is free or a token cost of €5 to €10. This hotel charges €30!!! Good selection for the buffet breakfast.
